Senior Billing Analyst

As a valued member of the Ensono team, your role will involve managing invoicing for strategic clients, setting up new customers in billing systems, creating customer invoices and billing schedules, reviewing contracts to generate invoice worksheets, identifying process gaps and proposing improvements, explaining monthly variances in billing, communicating with internal resources, utilizing presentation skills for analysis and reporting, tracking and addressing invoice leakages identified in revenue audits, and effectively reading and understanding contracts. Qualifications required for this role include: - Advanced Excel skills with experience in VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Ability to self-manage and prioritize daily tasks independently. - Knowledge of Infrastructure services and Cloud billing. - Preferred experience in the IT/Software industry.
