Job Description

We are looking for a Senior BigCommerce Developer with strong expertise in developing and scaling e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in BigCommerce along with a strong background in Node.js, React, DevOps, and modern deployment strategies. This role requires strong system design and architecture capabilities, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable BigCommerce-based e-commerce solutions.
Customize BigCommerce themes and integrate third-party apps and APIs.
Build and maintain front-end interfaces using React.js and server-side logic with Node.js.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and monitor system health.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system architecture and design patterns.
Debug issues, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality coding standards.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team Skills :
Minimum 7 years of total experience in software development.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in BigCommerce development.
Proficient in Node.js and React.js.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
Experience in system design and architecture for scalable web applications.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent coding standards and clean code practices.
Strong communication and team collaboration Qualifications :
BigCommerce Certifications (if any).
Experience with headless commerce or custom storefronts.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
