Senior BI Analyst

As a BI Analyst at Citco, you will be responsible for understanding and utilizing key data to support various business lines, improve processes, and enhance overall data landscape within the organization. You will collaborate with different teams to identify business requirements, implement tools for automation, and ensure data availability. Your role will involve data analysis, reporting, presentation, and providing tailored solutions to meet business needs. Responsibilities include organizing tasks autonomously, meeting deadlines, complying with delivery processes, defining data models, ensuring data quality, and covering various data areas such as business, regulatory, risk, and data governance. You will play a consultant role, maintain documentation standards, provide updates to management, facilitate team communication, and support data literacy initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must possess an academic background with problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and experience in BI and data analytics tools like QLIK, Power BI, Python, or R. Proficiency in data mining, working with different data formats, effective communication, presentation skills, and experience in the financial services industry or related fields are preferred. Strong quantitative, research, and project management skills, along with a master's degree in relevant disciplines, are assets.
