Senior BI Analyst

You will be joining our team as a Senior BI Analyst, where you will play a key role in leveraging your expertise in data visualization, data modeling, and business intelligence to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders to build informative dashboards, analyze intricate datasets, and present valuable business insights. It is essential that you possess a strong proficiency in Power BI and have hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Excel. Furthermore, your problem-solving skills and ability to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences will be crucial for success in this role. Your duties will include understanding the business requirements and goals of clients across various sectors, such as FMCG and E-commerce. You will engage with both external clients and internal teams, including data science and data engineering, to gain a comprehensive understanding of data context and content. Developing visually engaging dashboards to convey insights and crafting user-friendly reports using BI platforms like Microsoft Power BI and Tableau will be a significant part of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate with different teams to track business KPIs accurately and present the impact of insights to stakeholders. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in a BI Specialist role, demonstrating independent thinking and a proactive approach. Strong communication skills, coupled with a passion for deriving insights from data through dashboarding, are essential. Your background should include expertise in data analysis, filtering, cleansing, and reporting within a business context, along with proficiency in Excel, R, Python, and SQL. While knowledge of machine learning and statistical techniques is desirable, it is not mandatory. Above all, your ability to solve problems and eagerness to embrace new technologies and tools will be critical for your success in this role.,
