Job Description:* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking a variety of bread and pastries, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of quality. *Responsibilities:* - Prepare and bake a variety of bread and Bakery items according to recipes and production schedules. - Mix and bake ingredients to produce high-quality baked goods. - Maintain a clean and organised workspace. - Monitor product quality and ensure consistency. - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production. *Qualifications:* - Proven experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or similar role. -Minimum experience 5 years as a baker. - Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. - Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends. - Working hours are from 8 am- 6 Pm 6 days a week. - Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality. - Good organisational and time-management skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment. -Culinary Skills, knows how to bake different kinds of DryCakes ,breads, Buns, cookies, Biscuits, all kind of Bakery Items. *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary based on experience. - Opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly environment. - Room for growth and professional development. - Employee discounts on all our delicious products.
