Senior Backend Engineer (Python/NodeJS)

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Backend with NodeJS, Typescript, Javascript and Python
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with Frontend (ReactJS)
• Experience in product-based technology companies
• Strong skills in REST APIs, WebSockets, authentication, and authorisation
• Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics or event-driven systems
• Good knowledge of CI/CD, version control (Git), testing frameworks
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fullstack features using MERN stack
• Build scalable, real-time analytics & data infrastructure
• Integrate APIs, manage databases, and ensure secure data flows
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with product, data, and DevOps teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance
• Stay current with tech trends & propose improvements
