Job Summary

Senior Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop robust, scalable backend services and APIs.
Build and maintain microservices architecture and RESTful services.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams for seamless integration.
Implement database schemas, queries, and optimizations.
Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Participate in system design discussions and architectural decisions.
Ensure application security and data protection compliance.

Required Skills :

Strong experience in backend development (6+ years).
Proficiency in one or more backend technologies:

Java (Spring Boot)
/
Node.js
/
Python (Django/FastAPI)
/
.NET Core

Experience with
Microservices Architecture
and
REST APIs
.
Hands-on experience with databases:

SQL: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis

Experience with
API Security
(OAuth2, JWT).
Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines
and version control (Git).
Hands-on experience with
Docker & Kubernetes
.
Strong understanding of system design and design patterns.

Nice to Have

Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Knowledge of GraphQL and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience with performance tuning and load balancing.
Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
