Senior Backend Developer

You are a Senior Backend Developer with a strong expertise in GoLang, MongoDB, and Kubernetes, sought by Grexa AI Pvt Ltd, located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize scalable backend services that support AI Marketing Agents. Your key responsibilities include developing and maintaining high-performance backend systems using GoLang, optimizing MongoDB queries and schema design for scalability, deploying, managing, and scaling services on Kubernetes in GCP/AWS, implementing OAuth2-based authentication and API security, integrating RESTful APIs with AI-powered services, setting up monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Kibana, and establishing CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments. Additionally, you will be accountable for ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and security of backend services. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3 years of backend development experience and possess a strong expertise in GoLang, MongoDB, and Kubernetes. Experience with Docker, GCP/AWS, and microservices architecture is also required. Proficiency in OAuth2, API authentication, security best practices, familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Kibana, as well as experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices are essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment are vital for success in this role. Additionally, having AI Agent Building Experience, familiarity with gRPC and Protocol Buffers (ProtoBufs) for efficient service communication, and experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases are considered nice-to-have qualifications.,
