The impact that you will be making
We re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep C/C++ skills to design and optimize high-performance, low-latency software who is willing to learn and work on RUST. You ll own critical components end-to-end architecture, implementation, testing, performance tuning and mentor engineers while driving engineering best practices.
What this role entails:
Develop and maintain high-performance applications using Rust.
The candidate should be passionate about system programming, performance optimization, and building scalable enterprise applications.
Optimize system performance and memory management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Debug and troubleshoot software issues efficiently.
Ensure security and reliability of applications.
What lands you in this role:
4-8 years of experience in software development with deep C/C++ skills, who are willing to work on Rust would be ideal for this role.
Good with race conditions, memory models, concurrency, synchronization and system-level programming.
Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
Knowledge of low-level networking, system calls, and multithreading.
Familiarity with databases, APIs, and cloud-based services is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, adaptability and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience working in enterprise application development and SAAS domains.
Understanding of Web Assembly (Wasm) and distributed systems.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
