Senior Backend Developer

You will be joining Bytes Technolab, a leading web application Development Company with a strong global presence in the USA, Australia, and India. Established in 2011, Bytes Technolab has been at the forefront of delivering innovative web development, eCommerce solutions, and mobile application development services. As a Backend Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang. You will be expected to architect and implement microservices following best practices and design patterns. Additionally, you will create and manage AWS CloudFormation templates for infrastructure automation. Working independently on assigned tasks, you will ensure timely delivery with minimal supervision. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct communication with clients to understand requirements and present solutions will be key aspects of your role. You will also be required to conduct code reviews, optimize application performance, and maintain code quality. Providing mentorship to junior developers and contributing to technical documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Golang, PHP, and NodeJs in production environments. A strong understanding and practical application of design patterns is essential. Solid experience working with AWS services and authoring CloudFormation templates is required. Proven experience in building and maintaining microservices-based systems is highly desirable. You should be able to take full ownership of features from concept to deployment. Excellent communication skills are crucial for engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively. Familiarity with API Gateway, Lambda handlers, MySql, and DynamoDB database is considered a plus for this role.,
