Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking Senior backend developers with over 9 years of experience to join our Product Technology team in Chennai. Bright-River specializes in providing Visual Content services to major e-commerce and retail companies globally. Our team of visual experts utilizes 2D and CGI technologies to deliver product visual content daily through our in-house developed platform and applications. The Business Technology team, dedicated to our application stack and platform, operates from our offices in Chennai, Netherlands, New York, and Bangladesh. Educational qualifications required include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field. Key technical and professional skills we are looking for in candidates include proficiency in .Net, .Net Core, C#, SQL, ASP.NET, Web API, Web Services, XML, JSON, and REST. Additionally, expertise in React, Redux, and Typescript is preferred. We expect you to have a passion for working in a product-based technology team, with a strong inclination towards understanding business requirements and proactively seeking opportunities for improvement. A willingness to voice opinions, learn from team members, and utilize available resources to meet business needs is crucial. For this role, we require a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Developer in .Net, .Net Core, C#, SQL, REST API, Web Services, and JSON. Proficiency in implementing services using containerization tools like Docker and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is essential. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, including container technologies, is highly desirable. Responsibilities for this position include solution design and implementation, event-driven architecture development, cloud migration and deployment, performance monitoring and optimization, and stakeholder engagement and collaboration. The successful candidate will be involved in architecting and designing scalable and secure solutions, implementing best practices for cloud security, and developing event-driven systems for responsive applications.
