Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of backend developers focused on scalable SaaS product development.
  
• Design, build, and maintain

  Node.js-based backends

  and

  GraphQL/RESTful APIs

  for web and mobile platforms.
• Manage

  API authentication, authorization, and security

  (JWT, OAuth2, API Keys).
• Work with

  MongoDB

  and

  PostgreSQL

  databases for data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Collaborate with frontend teams (React, React Native) to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
  
• Develop and maintain

  SaaS and CMS integrations

  using backend services.
• Build and extend

  reusable modules, plugins, and service components

  to accelerate development.
• Track, assign, and monitor tasks via

  PMS tools (Jira)

  .
• Conduct

  code reviews

  PRs

  , and manage

  version control workflows (Git)

• Ensure

  backend documentation

  , architecture diagrams, and API schemas are always updated.
• Participate in

  Agile ceremonies

• Solid understanding of

• Familiarity with
