Senior Backend & Middleware Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  scalable backend services and middleware

  using

  .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

• Build

  secure, high-performance RESTful APIs

• Develop middleware for

  system integration and event-driven workflows

• Design and implement

  microservices-based architectures

• Ensure

  performance, scalability, resiliency, and security

• Work with

  Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus

• Collaborate with

  Product, AI, DevOps, and Ops teams

• Contribute to architecture reviews and

  mentor junior engineers

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Min

  5 to 8 years

  of

  backend development

  experience with strong expertise in

  .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  C#

  and modern .NET ecosystem.
• Experience building scalable

  APIs

  and

  middleware services (Kafka, RabbitMq)

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  relational databases

  (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and exposure to NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of

  microservices

  , domain-driven design, and distributed systems.
• Experience with

  cloud

  platforms (Azure preferred), including app services, containers, and storage.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD

  pipelines, DevOps practices,

  Docker

  , and

  Kubernetes

  .
• Exposure to observability, logging, and monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex, high-scale systems.
