Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Data Collection, reorganising,analysing and reporting in collaboration with various servicing teams 2. Responsible for researching, writing, and maintaining user manuals, procedures, online help systems, and other technical documentation. 3. Work with Group IT Infra team members to gain subject matter understanding and communicate information for both technical and non-technical audiences. 4. Translate technical concepts into formats that are accessible to all Group IT Infra team members. 5. Work with Group IT Infra teams to identify process gaps, perform Gap Analysis, Implement and Support Service improvement initiatives.
