Senior Azure Cloud Support Engineer

Expertise in administering Azure Cloud platform and services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Hub and Event Grid)

Expertise in administration of Azure Services, resource group, and AKS, ARO, Application Gateway,

WAF

Expertise in azure network topology & Security compliance requirements

Expertise in Devops pipelines, repo, ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform Experience in Azure Automation and Log Analytics

Good to have knowledge on Azure Data Factory.

Experience in setting up the Hybrid connectivity with on-prem DataCenter.

Collaborating in the creation work/design documents with team assistance.

Performing "light" project management for on-boarding requests, collaborating

Assisting in show-back/charge back documentation and reports.

Develop and configure the infrastructure from conceptualization through stabilization using various computer platforms to include test, debug, performance analyse and document infrastructure components.

Implement test plans (including functionality, integrity, and stress testing: test matrices: and definition of test methodologies and strategy.

Perform routine infrastructure analysis, and evaluation on resource requirements necessary to maintain and/or expand service levels.

Strong customer service and people skills.

Provides guidance to other Team members.

Ability to communicate effectively (oral, written and presentation skills)

Troubleshooting tickets and coordinate with Cloud provider and Vendors until the issues are resolved.

Documentation related to design, deployment, SOP, Tickets RCA, Knowledge base.

Involve in activities as required by the Project or Managed services.

Upskilling and certification on regularly basis.

End to end ownership of managing the client

Supporting the customer post working hours and over the weekends if required.

Required to travel based to the client requirement/Project needs.

Have expertise in Cost Optimization

Able to perform well architected review

Should be able to work in shifts and support post office hours and weekends if requited
