Qualifications and Trainings

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Prior experience working in an agile development environment or strong knowledge of agile development processes.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience in writing, executing, and debugging automated scripts like Selenium with Java.

Strong experience with API automation (must-have).

Experience in mobile automation using tools such as Appium, Perfecto, etc.

Automation experience on Windows-based applications (desired).

Experience in various testing types: functional, UI, API, and database testing.

Intermediate SQL skills, with the ability to write and execute SQL queries for database verification.

Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), test management tools, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience working in large-scale and complex environments (advantageous).

Soft Skills

Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments.

Leadership & Collaboration Skills

Experience collaborating with distributed teams across different time zones (onsite/offshore), including outsourced third parties and in-house teams.

Ability to work collaboratively within and outside the organization.

Proactive in driving quality initiatives and contributing to team success.
