You will be involved in providing premium, cost-effective, and high-quality services that support process quality and delivery capability for client engagements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Working with clients across various industry verticals in areas such as: - Differentiated Supply Chain (Planning, Inventory, and Logistics) - Strategic Supply Management (Sourcing) - Competitive Manufacturing - Innovation & Development (Product Strategy & Development, PLM, R&D Operations) - Capital Projects & Infrastructure **Qualifications Required:** - Substantial experience and/or knowledge in any sector, with a preference for experience in Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Health Industries (including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices), Industrial Products, Energy, Chemicals, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Consumer Markets, Technology & Telecom, and Retail Sectors - Knowledge in General Sourcing/Procurement including: - Spend Analysis - Category savings assessment - Procurement Diagnostics - Operating Model Design - Procurement Process Design - End-to-end Procurement Transformation & Modernization - Design and execution of Strategic Sourcing initiatives including RFI/RFP - Familiarity with fundamental principles of P2P including spend and commodity taxonomies, requisitioning, PO generation, receiving, and invoice processing - Experience with AP automation including eInvoicing, scanning and workflow, online tracking, reporting capabilities, electronic invoice user interfaces, and supplier networks - Knowledge of eInvoicing submittals including EDI, CSV, XML, PDF files, and online invoice templates In this role, you will be expected to: - Deliver significant business results through strategic and creative thinking, problem-solving, and individual initiative - Lead project workstreams, provide oversight, delegate work efficiently, and work autonomously with minimal direction - Collaborate with leadership to deliver client engagements, support day-to-day client management, project management, and develop high-quality client deliverables - Build solid and collaborative relationships with team members and take the initiative to build relationships with client stakeholders - Communicate effectively (written and verbal) to various situations and audiences - Manage and conduct or oversee quantitative and qualitative benchmarking and primary and secondary analyses of large and complex data **Educational Background:** A full-time master's degree/equivalent is a must. An MBA in Operations or Strategy is preferred.
