We are hiring for Senior Associate - Collection(Accounts Receivable) for Vimannagar - Pune.

Job Summary:

The Bank Reconciliation Officer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions by reconciling company bank accounts with internal accounting records.

This role involves identifying discrepancies, investigating variances, and maintaining up-to-date, accurate financial data to support reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts. Match and verify transactions between bank statements and the general ledger.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or missing transactions.
• Monitor outstanding payments, deposits, and unallocated receipts.
• Ensure all reconciling items are cleared promptly and accurately.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and summaries for management review.
• Work closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury teams to resolve issues.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
