Job Qualifications

• Experience in International Voice Process (

  Voice Experience will be a added advantage

• Can join immediately or within 30 days.

• Experience: 0 to 3 Years exp (Any international voice process)

• Are known for

  clear and professional communication - both written and verbal

• Are organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Are flexible to work in 24/7 Shifts & Night Shifts.
• Education - Any Graduates BA, B. Com, BBA, BSc,
• B.Tech candidates with BPO Voice experience only preferred
• Location Bangalore(Eco world, Bellandur)

A Day in the Life:

• Communicates empathetically and timely with customers and helps them through their claim process in a fast, fair and easy manner.
• Will be reviewing claims, and doing follow up through calling (Outbound and Inbound calls)
• Retrieving Claim related documents, obtain additional information (if missing)
• Completing all necessary forms, and routes them to the appropriate parties
• Updating the claim information and handling the task
• Key Responsibilities

. Manages and handle Out bound and inbound calls

• Be able to handle any requests regarding customer documentation (to include all documents sent out by our company) and be able to clearly explain them including any follow-ups required on our customers part and updates as warranted
• Working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes and procedures.
• Demonstrates accuracy in processing changes to customer policies based on the information provided and identifies opportunities for cross sales (if applicable).
• Employs probing questions and actively listens to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion and displaying empathy for the callers situation.
• Ensure facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions handled.
• Resolve routine, complex, and unique questions/issues. and make payments.
• Inputs and tracks into the appropriate databases
