Senior Associate - Venue Partnerships

As a Senior Venue Partnerships - Client Serving professional specializing in 5-star hospitality, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with premium venues, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving business growth. Your proven track record in wedding execution, sales negotiation, client servicing, and experience as a sales manager will be instrumental in achieving success in this role. Your responsibilities will include identifying and establishing partnerships with 5-star hotels and premium venues, building strong relationships with venue partners, and collaborating with venue teams to develop customized wedding packages and event offerings. You will lead sales negotiations with venue partners, develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, and meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to overall revenue growth. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure a seamless and personalized experience, understand client requirements and preferences for wedding events, and coordinate with the sales manager and internal teams to execute weddings and events flawlessly. Your role will also involve conducting market research to identify new premium venues and partnership opportunities, providing insights to enhance the company's offerings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client outcomes. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality, specifically in 5-star hotels or premium event venues. You should have proven experience in managing weddings and large-scale events, strong sales management and negotiation skills, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple events and clients simultaneously.
