Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures clients with an AUM of at least INR 20 Million. Your main focus will be on delivering exceptional volume and revenue performance through a need-based approach and ensuring client coverage and product penetration through cross-selling and up-selling DBS products and services. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by proactively engaging with clients and coordinating internally with various teams within DBS. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire and upgrade quality Treasures clients in designated branch locations - Deepen the wallet share of existing customers through retention and growth of AUM - Achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives as agreed - Ensure activation of e-Channels and growth in savings book - Implement product strategies effectively through relationship management - Develop client trust and loyalty through lifestyle and beyond banking propositions - Maintain an optimum product mix and focus on customer level profitability - Provide exemplary customer service and uphold DBS service standards - Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through adherence to sales processes and due diligence - Deliver exceptional service by establishing appropriate workflows and processes, including doorstep banking Qualification Required: - 6-12 years of experience in HNI Sales, Wealth Management, or Private Banking segment - Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India - In-depth knowledge of the local market and competition - AMFI, IRDAI, FEDAI certifications with BCSBI certification would be an added advantage - Graduate/Post Graduate with an MBA in a relevant field Additional Details: DBS India emphasizes values such as customer focus, pride, passion, knowledge enhancement, speed of execution, honesty, and integrity.
