This is an exciting time to join our team and be a part of a growing and stable organization. **Job Responsibilities:** - Provide Back-Office support for Title Company and deliver Title Search and Commitment reports to clients - Conduct Title Search on Title plants like Data Trace, Redvision, Tapestry, and Netronline - Interpret search documents and summarize/align title and other title commitment related matters - Collaborate with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments as necessary - Review residential/commercial title search materials and generate title reports and commitments based on Title Search information - Manage and organize assigned title files in accordance with process guidelines - Foster strong team collaboration and work with co-workers to achieve team and department goals - Demonstrate consistent production of error-free work - Identify matters that require escalation to a supervisor promptly - Ensure timely completion of all work assignments and projects **Qualifications:** **Required Skills:** - Minimum 3+ years of US Residential/Commercial Title Search and Examination experience in a multi-state, fast-paced, high-volume work environment - Good verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple work priorities simultaneously - Familiarity with title production applications such as Resware and Title Plants like DataTrace, Redvision, Tapestry, and Netronline - Mandatory minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 100% accuracy - Willingness to work in any shift, primarily night shift - Any Graduate **Additional Information:** **Working at Altisource Advantages:** - Prosperity: Competitive salary based on your experience and skills - Good Health: Comprehensive insurance plans including Medical insurance for employees and family, Personal Accident Benefit, and Life Insurance for employees - Wellness Programs: Onsite doctor support, Psychologist, Counselor, Onsite health checkup camps, etc. - Happiness: 10 paid holidays, plus 26 paid days off per year, employee engagement activities both offsite and onsite, opportunities to join community service initiatives **Our Core Values:** - Act With Integrity - Energize People - Empower Innovation - Exceed Customer Expectations - Win as a Team - Enrich Communities Are you up to the challenge Don't wait any longer, apply today and be a part of our team at Altisource!,
