Job Description: Senior Associate Technology

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Python.
• Architect and build solutions on AWS, utilizing services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, SageMaker, and others as needed.
• Lead the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure the code is clean, efficient, and follows best practices.
• Apply your knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science to develop intelligent features and solutions.
• Work with data scientists and other teams to deploy and manage AI models in a production environment.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in AI to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
• Manage and maintain the cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and security.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in a technology role.
• Strong proficiency in Python is mandatory.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services.
• A solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its applications, including machine learning and data processing.
• Experience with software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and code review.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Knowledge of databases, both relational and NoSQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹2,100,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
