Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate-Technical Writer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality technical documentation.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain technical documentation for various products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create user manuals, guides, and other technical documents.
Conduct research and interviews to gather information for documentation purposes.
Edit and review technical documents for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for technical writing.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for documentation formats and content.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with documentation tools and software.
Educational qualification: Any Graduate.
