Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Program Management: Run end to end program management in a collaborative manner across functions. Identify problem statements, analyze data, and ensure project completion within predefined timelines, utilizing various resources and analytical tools. 2. Analysis: Run analytical processes to derive information, identify themes that lead to formulating actionable strategies for reducing cost & increasing profitability. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing, finance, operations, and product development to implement strategic initiatives. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. 4. Project Execution: Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Aggregate resources and technical expertise to empower teams to implement insights effectively. 5. Hands-on Approach: Visit facilities as needed to identify areas for process innovation or re-engineering. Provide recommendations for enhancements. Preferred candidate profile Looking for someone who has a mindset to explore & is hungry to learn If you bring in some experience- great (Dont bring in any biases) Proficient in advanced Excel/ G-Sheet, MS applications Self motivated, strong interpersonal skills & analytical mind Extrovert, high energy with action bias
