As an integral part of DBS Global Financial Markets (GFM) in the treasury operations sector, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities including trading, structuring, and sales across various financial products such as foreign exchange, interest rates, money market, credit, equity, commodities, bonds, derivatives, and securities. Your role will involve actively participating in market activities, structuring innovative products, and delivering exceptional services to clients investing and hedging in global markets. Your primary objective will be to originate, structure, and execute diverse debt capital market products while ensuring compliance with regulations. This will require close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and external partners to achieve high-quality results and manage risks effectively. Key responsibilities include origination and execution of Debt Capital Market products like Pass Through Certificates, INR debentures, FCY bonds, FCCBs, private credit, and other related products. You will be involved in creating pitch decks for client presentations, pitching to clients, providing market updates, assisting with documentation, and liaising with third parties and internal clients. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in structuring various products, negotiating with clients, ensuring compliance, and contributing to team audit activities. To excel in this role, you should have 4 to 6 years of work experience in INR debt capital markets, credit structuring, debt advisory, or related fields. Previous experience in structuring PTC transactions, proficiency in using Excel for stress testing, and a basic understanding of debt finance, financial analysis, and bond mathematics are essential. Strong presentation, communication, and MS Office skills are required to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. In addition to technical expertise, you are expected to demonstrate core competencies such as leadership, customer focus, performance orientation, innovation, teamwork, and professional excellence. Your role will also require market awareness, deal structuring, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and client relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of the financial markets successfully.
