Job Description

Synopsis of the role

– Point of Contact of customers assigned via calls/emails. Should be able to service as well as upsell products and meet the targets

What You’ll Do

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
  • Scheduling and meeting customers in person as and when required
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

What Experience You Need

  • Work location of this role will be Delhi
  • Graduation
  • Minimum 4+ years of upselling experience
  • Good Excel/Word knowhow
