Senior Associate-Senior Document Specialist

Role Overview: You'll be part of EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE), an inhouse agency focused on delivering high-impact, high-quality, and on-brand creative solutions to help EY teams build a better working world. As a Senior Associate - Senior Document Specialist, your role involves ideating and delivering best-in-class creatives that align with EY's brand and business objectives. You will work closely with various teams to render creative concepts effectively and push boundaries to deliver compelling solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and produce various collaterals using MS-based applications like placemats, infographics, presentations, proposals, newsletters, posters, and banners - Communicate effectively with customers, understand design briefs, and provide innovative solutions - Meet and exceed expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and adherence to EY brand standards - Mentor junior team members on creativity best practices - Stay updated with design trends and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree/College diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline) - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop - 5+ years of relevant experience - Intermediate/basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Interactive PDF, Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and motion graphics (preferred) - Experience in team management Additional Details: EY GDS is a global delivery network operating across six locations, offering diverse career opportunities and collaboration with teams worldwide.
