Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strong foundation in protein structure and function
Expertise in process optimization and development of robust, scalable methods for viral vector/plasmid purification
Hands-on experience in downstream process scale-up, including preparation of essential documentation (BPRs, BMRs, SOPs, EOPs)
Proven ability to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to quality and safety standards
Experience in managing and mentoring a team of 23 junior scientists
Skilled in compiling, analysing, interpreting, and troubleshooting scientific data, with effective presentation of findings
Responsible for laboratory setup and qualification, equipment performance verification, protocol/report preparation, and maintenance of downstream processing labs in compliance with GLP/GMP standards
Proficient in drafting and reviewing technical reports, general protocols, BPCRs, SOPs/EOPs, TTDs, and documentation related to root cause investigations, impact assessments, and CAPA identification.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience : 8 to 12 Years

Qualification: PhD / M. Tech - Biotech / M.sc - Biotech
