Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive-Technology Transfer in Jubilant Biosys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology transfer and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement technology transfer strategies to ensure successful product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize product performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product development.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technology transfer or a related field.
Possess strong knowledge of pharmaceutical technology and regulations.
Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential.
