Senior Associate Recruiter, Campus Hiring & University Relations

In this role at Capital One, as a Recruiter with 5 to 8 years of experience in Product engineering campus hiring, you will join the campus hiring team to infuse the organization with talent brokers. Your main responsibilities will include effectively managing candidates through the recruitment and selection process and participating in projects to enhance the recruiting experience. You should stay updated on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure Capital One remains a best-in-class recruitment shop. Additionally, you will be involved in program management tasks such as onboarding prep, learning journey prep, and associate management. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, source, coordinate, and execute all stages of the full life-cycle campus recruitment process - Create and plan out season calendar based on volumes - Manage first round and power day staffing sheets - Communicate effectively with candidates and manage candidate management tasks - Handle requisition management from application through final round interview stages - Manage Google Drive for the recruiting team and strategy partners - Collaborate with a high-performing team of recruiters - Utilize recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners - Build relationships with candidates, understand their interests, and direct them to suitable roles - Track high-volume candidate data in real-time with precision - Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience in product engineering campus hiring in India - MBA/equivalent PGDM degree Preferred Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in campus recruiting - 3+ years of client consulting experience,
