Description
As the Pitch Manager at the company, your role involves owning and managing one or more pitches, including day-to-day communication, planning, and coordination. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into pitch presentations or proposal responses, framing a suitable pitch story, and collaborating closely with business development (BD) teams and other departments to prepare a comprehensive proposal response. Additionally, your key responsibilities will include: - Owning and driving pursuit management plans and proposals for various opportunities, RFIs, and RFPs. - Ensuring project management of RFI/RFP submissions and other client/prospect pitch materials by developing and maintaining project timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitating meetings. - Performing competition analysis to develop a winning strategy. - Working closely with BD teams to strategize responses effectively. - Producing, agreeing upon, and executing a timed bid plan with all relevant stakeholders. - Managing bid teams and inputs from various stakeholders, ensuring they are fully briefed and comprehend client bid requirements and key deliverables to develop a winning plan. - Being responsible for writing and editing proposal documents. - Collaborating with graphic designers to create optimal visuals and graphics in alignment with set guidelines. - Facilitating strategy discussions with the pursuit team to identify client-centered value propositions and differentiators. - Ensuring the highest proposal response standards are met by accurately reflecting the business and its capabilities, assuring the accuracy and appropriateness of text and attachments. - Creating sales collateral such as case studies, capability/industry credential decks in collaboration with project teams and capability/industry leads. - Documenting, publishing, and following up on action items from proposal meetings. - Tracking proposal activities to ensure sufficient resources are available to complete. Furthermore, you will create and maintain a strong working relationship with the sales team to enhance their efficiency and revenue generation. To excel in this position, you should possess the following skills/attributes: - Good understanding of digital technologies. - Strong presentation skills to conduct industry BD team sessions regularly. - Excellent listening, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis. Qualifications: - MBA, Engineering, or Commerce degree from a reputable institute.
