As a technology company, we lead with our humanity, driving our business priorities alongside meaningful social, community, and societal impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide administrative support to all P&C Centers of Excellence, including Benefits - Process compliance filings and conduct audits - Manage CALA benefits escalations & administration - Update Ciena's intranet pages - Oversee the Freshdesk ticketing system - Handle employee queries related to People Connect policies and processes - Support employee engagement and relations - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners **Qualifications Required:** - Strong Excel skills - Strong PC skills - Ability to handle FSA/HSA fundings and ensure proper allocation - Experience in overseeing CALA benefits administration and resolving related queries - Proficiency in managing the Freshdesk ticketing system for efficient case resolution - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent follow-through and good judgment - Effective communication skills At Ciena, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where employees feel respected, valued, and heard.
