Senior Associate- Partnership Operations

Job Summary:

We are currently in search of a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate individual to take on the role of Education Coordinator, whose primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth, efficient, and successful execution of class schedules through careful planning, coordination, and ongoing support across academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Ensuring class timetables are planned, organized, and executed effectively.

● Assisting with the logistics and administration needed to implement academic

programs smoothly.

● Working with teachers, administrators, to align schedules with institutional needs.

● Reviewing schedules to minimize conflicts and maximize resource use

● Overseeing the ongoing adherence to established class schedules and making

adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree

● 6 months - 4 years years of experience in field coordination, preferably in the

education sector

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills

● Have worked with MS-Excel or Google spreadsheets

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

● Must be comfortable with calling
