Job Description

As a Senior Associate Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role as a developing subject matter expert, ensuring that client solution requirements are met in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your responsibilities will include performing configurations, installations, and attending to break/fix events. You will own larger portions of installations and handle break/fix incidents at a low to medium level of complexity throughout the project lifecycle. Taking ownership of problem resolution and troubleshooting, you will escalate complex issues to relevant third parties. Additionally, you will assist in documenting standard operating procedures related to installations and fixes during operational handover, as well as compile and maintain project administration including time capture and stakeholder feedback. In this role, you will conduct elementary presentations within the customer's organization, and you are expected to learn from senior resources on relevant technologies and best practices. Your ability to develop fundamental project and administration skills, understand technical design principles, and exhibit a strong learning orientation will be essential for success. Good verbal communication skills, client service orientation, and a proactive approach are qualities that will help you thrive in this position. You should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field, along with professional level certifications in various Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNP, JNCIP, ACMP, etc. Moreover, you should have a moderate level of work experience in technical implementation engineering specific to Networking technologies, engaging with clients, conducting presentations, and diagnosing troubleshooting issues.
