Overall Responsibility:

• Excellent functional testing skills with experience in preparing all the testing artifacts like Test Strategy, Plan, Test Summary, Defect Documentation, Test closure documentation.
• Life Insurance Institutional Knowledge
• Strong in both Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
• Should be able to leverage the tasks within the team and make sure the assignments are completed.
• Support new team members with the training and training artifacts. Conduct assessment to understand the knowledge and skills.
• Should have excellent analytical skills, test case design, execution & validation skills.
• Experience in Data Warehousing / BI Testing using any ETL Tools.
• Experience in testing data validation scenarios and Data ingestion, pipelines, and transformation processes.
• Extensive experience in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL Queries.
• Experience in understanding ETL Source to Target Mapping Document
• Identify data validation tools that will suite the ETL project conditions.
• Good Knowledge in Core Java OOPS concepts, Collection Frameworks
• Hands-on experience in Selenium concepts
• Exposure to Automation Frameworks – BDD Cucumber, Hybrid, etc.
• Exposure to Jira, GitHub, and Jenkins
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and observations. Facilitate defect triage session and share analysis results to developers.
• Understanding the business requirements to formulate the problems to solve and restrict the slice of data to be explored.
• Perform gap analysis between Low level technical specifications and high-level design documents.
• Excellent in MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Need to be vocal in calls and post questions to business/stakeholders to understand requirements and work individually without any support.
• Self-motivated and flexible, able to handle multiple priorities, problem solving skills and attention to details.
• Implement QA process based on project needs.
