Working with internal and external stakeholders, the team identifies growth drivers, leverages consumer intelligence, implements strategies, and executes marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives. In your role as a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for owning and delivering the growth and business outcomes of a specific business unit at Urban Company. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and agency partners, you will develop and execute strategies to drive success. You will lead various marketing projects, derive consumer insights to fuel business growth, and innovate to take smart risks. Your responsibilities will include: Solving Design Problems: - Collaborating with the business team to build the right service offering - Defining optimal pricing constructs to maximize revenues - Ensuring the app storefront has the right information and images to address consumer queries Solving Deployment Problems: - Balancing demand and supply in key markets - Deploying marketing budgets effectively across online and offline channels - Leveraging insights to drive promotions and strategic partnerships To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with: - 1+ years of relevant experience in high-scale startups or FMCGs - Bachelor's/MBA degree or equivalent in Marketing - Ability to move fast and break things - Strong analytical skills We are seeking individuals who are first-principles problem solvers, with a passion for innovation and a desire to revolutionize the service industry.
