Role Overview: At Areness Law, we are seeking full-time advocates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Civil, Commercial, White Collar Crimes, and related fields. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in drafting, research, and court appearances. Applicants with a background in chamber practice, general litigation, or specialized experience in a particular domain are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Drafting various legal documents including pleadings, opinions, reports, submissions, appeals, petitions, and applications - Developing legal strategies through in-depth research - Representing clients in District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, and other forums - Briefing Partners and Senior Advocates - Supervising interns, associates, and paralegals - Collaborating with cross-functional teams on growth strategies - Providing counsel and legal advice to clients - Creating content for articles, blogs, and research papers Qualification Required: - Graduation/Postgraduation/Doctorate in Law from a recognized institution in India - Minimum of 5 years of experience post-qualification - Proficiency in English with a strong understanding of language rules and grammar - Familiarity with research tools like SCC, Manupatra, AIR, etc. - Exceptional legal research, writing, and organizational abilities - Ability to interpret applicable statutes and regulations - Strong oral communication skills Location: 5, Sardar Patel Marg, New Delhi (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
