Senior Associate / Lead - Biller Performance Management Unit (BPMU)

As a member of the Biller Performance Management Unit, your role involves onboarding and maintaining billers and ensuring their optimal performance. You will be responsible for monitoring the traffic of BBPS participants, analyzing issues, and interacting with internal stakeholders and various teams to provide support to merchants for channel growth. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor traffic regularly and track active issues, demonstrating the ability to understand and identify them effectively. - Adhere to a well-defined process for tracking and reporting issues to participants and internal teams, updating progress as required. - Develop strong relationships with participants and their technical partners to facilitate seamless onboarding and alignment within the bank ecosystem. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Solutions and Product to ensure timely delivery of required customizations, based on opportunity sizing and projections. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Operations and Monitoring Performances. - Proficiency in liaising with cross-functional teams, both internal and external. - Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze XML & JSON API Logs and resolve various issues. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with familiarity in SQL/PostgreSQL and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Advanced Excel. - Ability to work collaboratively in a high-energy team environment, with a quick learning and adaptive mindset. - Proven track record of independently managing multiple time-sensitive projects/tasks and competing priorities to drive measurable business results.,
