We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Patent Research Analyst

with 1 2 years of hands-on experience in patent analytics. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of

prior art searches, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis, invalidity searches, patent landscaping, white space analysis

, and

infringement analysis

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive
prior art searches
for patentability assessments.
Perform
freedom-to-operate (FTO)
and
infringement analyses
to support product development and market entry decisions.
Execute
invalidity
and
opposition searches
to challenge third-party patents.
Develop
patent landscapes
and perform
white space analysis
to identify innovation opportunities and technology gaps.
Prepare clear, well-structured reports and presentations for internal and client-facing use.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in
Mechanical Engineering
,
Automotive
,
Mechatronics
, or related technical fields.
1 2 years of experience in
patent research/analytics
