The Team
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior HR Specialist to join the North America Regional People Operations team. In this hybrid role, you will help drive a consistent and compliant onboarding and offboarding experience across multiple business units, partnering closely with HR Business Partners and internal teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating background checks, managing contingent worker processes, supporting I-9 and asset logistics compliance, and processing employee lifecycle transactions in Workday. You'll also conduct exit interviews, manage confidential data with discretion, and lead reporting and analysis efforts to identify trends and recommend process improvements.This role requires 23 days per week onsite, with flexibility to increase office presence based on business needs.
How You Will Contribute
- As a member of the team, you will: ? Manage onboarding and offboarding coordination, including background checks, asset logistics, and I-9 compliance. ? Conduct exit interviews and document key feedback with professionalism and discretion. ? Process hires, terminations, and other transactions in Workday accurately and efficiently. ? Handle contingent worker tracking and compliance in partnership with business stakeholders. ? Maintain employee records and ensure process adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. ? Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend operational improvements. ? Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, IT, AP, and Payroll to ensure a seamless employee experience. ? Support audits and compliance reporting as required.
Qualifications
- 35 years of HR operations or related experience, preferably in a regional or shared services environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS; strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective collaborator with HR and cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
