Senior Associate - Digital Marketing/GTM

As a Sr. Associate- Digital at Urban Company, your role will involve driving capabilities and innovation for the Marketing/Growth function. You will work closely with the GTM team to deliver growth and business outcomes for large business units within UC. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Drive Capabilities & Innovation for the function**: - Define and implement media selection & deployment strategies to widen TOFU and build Reach & Frequency on UC's target audience. - Explore new channels to experiment with high engagement media for higher effectiveness. - Identify avenues to drive scale & efficiency consistently. - Work on levers for better bottom-funnel conversion. - **Measurement**: - Develop methods to measure incremental outcomes from GTM inputs. - Improve media planning by analyzing duration, frequency, and channel-mix. - **Understanding Business, Category, Consumer**: - Gain insights into UC's target audience, product services, and their relevance within the category. - Participate in consumer immersions and U&A studies to formulate informed opinions. - **Putting Together a Deployment Strategy**: - Utilize historical data to build accurate Reach models and performance marketing plans. - Predict incremental output & input expected from Media Strategy. - Own and deliver post-campaign analysis to compile learnings & insights for the growth strategy. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation from a Tier 1/2 Institute. - 1-3 years of relevant experience with high scale startups, FMCGs, Direct to Consumer eCommerce brands, or media agencies. - Hands-on experience working on paid media including Performance marketing, social media marketing, FB Ads, SEM, UAC, Reach & Frequency campaigns on YouTube, OTT, CTV. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. SQL skills are preferable. - Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and liaise with agencies. - High ambition and outcome-driven mindset to make a significant impact at UC.
