Job Description

As a Senior Associate Customer Success at our company, you will play a crucial role as the main point of contact between our organization and clients. Your responsibilities will include managing valuable client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating engagement strategies, and collaborating with various internal teams to provide effective solutions. To excel in this position, you must possess strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a thorough understanding of delivering excellent client service. You will be expected to build and nurture enduring relationships with assigned clients, address escalated client needs and inquiries, identify opportunities for upselling or process optimization, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Additionally, you will conduct regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and engagement reporting with clients, develop tailored strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention, monitor client feedback, and implement necessary improvements. Furthermore, you will provide mentorship to junior associates, facilitate team knowledge sharing, and contribute to the overall success of the customer success department. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively, meet key performance indicators, and exhibit exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities are essential. Proficiency in using CRM or client management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is preferred, along with qualities like empathy, patience, and a genuine dedication to creating positive client experiences. While not mandatory, experience in HR tech or advertising technology, as well as previous exposure to client-facing roles within high-growth or startup environments, would be advantageous.
