Job Description

Role Overview: As a Content Marketing Lead at Innoventes Technologies / Obidos Labs, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving the company's narrative across the buyer journey. Your primary responsibility will be to architect and execute content initiatives that position Innoventes as a thought leader in SaaS and technology services, ultimately supporting revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and own a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with Innoventes" growth goals and service portfolio. - Lead the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content across all stages of the buyer journey, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and website content. - Ensure a consistent brand voice and narrative across all platforms by acting as both a strategist and creator. - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and the Founders Office to capture market insights, client success stories, and emerging industry trends. - Partner with Sales to create enablement materials such as battle cards, solution briefs, and pitch decks to drive faster deal conversions. - Engage directly with customers to produce compelling case studies, testimonials, and long-form assets that showcase value delivery. - Oversee content strategy for digital platforms including the website, email, and social media, ensuring consistency and engagement. - Lead drip campaign and email sequence creation to nurture leads and improve conversion rates. - Utilize analytics tools to measure content performance and optimize ROI continuously. Qualification Required: - 4+ years of experience in B2B Content Marketing, preferably in SaaS, Technology, or Services sectors. - Proven ability to simplify and effectively communicate complex technology concepts. - Deep understanding of the full-funnel buyer journey (Awareness, Consideration, Decision). - Proficiency with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems such as HubSpot or Marketo. - Strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to seamlessly blend strategy and execution. Additional Details: Experience building a content marketing function from the ground up, a strong portfolio of published technical or thought leadership pieces, and a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field are preferred background qualifications.,
