Senior Associate - Client Account Management

As a member of Haqdarshak's Client Account Management team in Jharkhand, you will play a crucial role in managing local client relationships, conducting field visits, and providing detailed reporting. Your excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and proficiency in data management will be vital in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring regular communication and fostering strong relationships to identify business growth opportunities. - Possess a positive attitude towards learning, view challenges as opportunities for growth, and be solution-oriented to foster productive conversations with clients. - Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and liaise with local stakeholders to align business solutions. - Collaborate with the Delivery/Operations team to ensure projects are on track and meet client expectations. - Manage client data both offline and online, ensuring it is consistently updated for accurate tracking and reporting. Deliver reports through Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a focus on data analysis, projections, and key insights. - Monitor and track client satisfaction using feedback mechanisms. Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Willingness to travel frequently within Jharkhand for client meetings. - Skills in Excel for reporting and data analysis. - Ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. - Competence in creating presentations and reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Strong ability to manage client portfolios, track commitments, and meet deadlines.,
