Senior Associate – Civil & Criminal Litigation

Qualifications

• LLB degree from a recognized university (LLM preferred).
• 8–12 years of post-qualification experience in civil and criminal litigation.
• Hands-on experience appearing before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and Tribunals.
• Strong knowledge of procedural laws, statutes, and case law precedents.
• Excellent drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage complex litigation matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil disputes, criminal trials, writ petitions, and appeals.
• Draft and review pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal notices.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Appear for arguments in trial courts, High Courts, and Supreme Court matters.
• Guide junior lawyers and coordinate with clients for effective case handling.
