Senior Associate - Campaign Management

• Lead the design and development of customer journeys using marketing automation platforms.
• Understand client business objectives and create robust campaign plans including audience segmentation, journey flows, and content strategy.
• Ask insightful questions to clarify campaign goals and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Present ideas and campaign strategies effectively using PowerPoint and other business tools.
• Collaborate closely with project management, content, data engineering, and analytics teams to execute campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a team of campaign developers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to timelines.
• Drive innovation and apply thought leadership in marketing automation and multi-channel marketing practices.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify and address technical gaps.
• Develop and implement robust QA processes for campaign testing and delivery.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards using tools such as SFMC, Adobe, or third-party platforms.
• Derive actionable insights from campaign performance data to improve effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms, including Eloqua.
• Eloqua B2B Masters

  certification is mandatory

• Strong experience with multi-channel marketing campaign execution (email, tele, website, social).
• SME in audience management, content builder, journey builder, and campaign performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of email domain/IP management, including SPAM filters, domain/IP warm-up, and ESP guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of switching between technical and business discussions.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL and Excel.
• Proven ability to manage campaign execution teams (e.g., SFMC tech resources).
• Pharma industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to define and implement campaign development and QA processes.
