As part of the Growth Team at Headout, you will be responsible for launching and growing Headout's business in key markets globally. Your primary focus will be on increasing Headout's GMV & Revenue in one or more regions. This role is based in Bengaluru, hence we are looking for candidates who are either local or willing to relocate to the city. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Analyzing Data:** Utilize data to comprehend various components and drivers of business growth, identifying both organic and inorganic growth opportunities. - **Problem Solving:** Think creatively to develop innovative solutions that will drive growth. Conduct A|B testing on traffic/funnel enhancement to yield actionable insights and recommendations for quick experimentation. - **Business Acumen:** Develop a solid understanding of the supply landscape and competition. Collaborate with regional BD teams to establish and expand strategic partnerships with supply partners. - **Consumer Focus:** Conduct consumer research to pinpoint needs and pain points. Propose growth ideas backed by consumer understanding to unlock new avenues of growth. - **Ownership:** Take charge of zero-to-one projects and new initiatives related to growth. From research & validation to functional ownership & scale-up, define metrics, create systems, and build dashboards to monitor progress towards growth goals. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in growth or category management roles within high-growth B2C companies in e-commerce, hyperlocal commerce, or similar sectors. - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, with a demonstrated ability to leverage insights to drive business decisions effectively. - Self-starter with an owner mentality, capable of leading "first-time" assignments with no playbook from initial problem framing to solution rollout.
