Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Automation Tester with 23 years of handson experience in test automation
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance as well as a solid understanding of using Fakes, Stubs, and Mocks for test automation This role involves working closely with the development and QA teams to ensure the delivery of highquality software solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

23 years of handson experience in automation testing using Visual Studio

Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#

Work with Microsoft Fakes, Stubs, and Mocks to simulate dependencies in tests

Log, track, and verify defects using tracking tools (eg Azure DevOps)

Good understanding of objectoriented programming and testing principles (TDD/BDD)

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Experience in UI test automation using Selenium WebDriver

Good to have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related components

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify both Positive and negative test scenarios suitable for automation

Execute automated test cases and analyze results to report defects

Maintain and update automation frameworks as required

Perform regression testing using automated scripts for every release cycle

Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Document test plans, test cases, and test results clearly and effectively

Troubleshoot issues in automation scripts and work with developers for quick resolution

Contribute to continuous improvement in test processes and automation strategies

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Design and build automated test cases using EasyRepro for Dynamics 365

Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization/configuration
