Senior Associate 1, Oracle NetSuite

As a NetSuite Sr. Associate at RSM, you will play a crucial role in client delivery, solutioning, and end-to-end implementation of NetSuite projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting requirement gathering sessions with clients on all NetSuite modules. - Supporting project teams in documenting requirements, flowcharts, and training documents. - Configuring environments for client demos and walkthroughs. - Leading client discovery sessions on finance, including knowledge on Taxes, Localization, and SuiteTax. - Preparing data for migrations and testing. - Coordinating with global teams to complete project tasks as per the project plans. - Writing, testing, and executing Use Cases. - Executing UAT/SIT (testing) test scenarios and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver project expectations on time. - Configuring, unit testing, and deploying solutions using NetSuite knowledge. - Overseeing client delivery quality on assigned projects. - Managing tasks within communicated budget/timelines. Qualifications required for the role include: - 3+ years of functional, hands-on NetSuite experience. - Experience as a consultant on multiple NetSuite implementations, leading projects, or portions of projects. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage task assignments within teams. - NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Admin, and Financial User. - Experience in at least 3 end-to-end full-cycle implementations. Preferred qualifications include: - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal team members and clients. - Background in finance with experience leading discovery sessions on the Finance side. - Experience in ARM and Multi-Book. - Providing comprehensive training and documentation to end-users and admin users. - Additional certifications like NetSuite Foundation, NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite ARM Certification, Multi-Book enablement, and Certified Financial User are desirable. The work location for this role is Hyderabad and Bangalore, offering a hybrid work setup. The preferred educational qualifications include CA/CPA/M.Com/MBA(Finance), B.E, or MSc Computer Application.
